2. Services Offered

SSF Detail LLC provides professional vehicle care services, including but not limited to:

• Mobile and in-shop automotive detailing
• Paint correction and polishing
• Ceramic coatings
• Wash, decontamination, and maintenance services
• Paint protection film (PPF), window tinting, and wraps
• Marine detailing (boats, yachts, personal watercraft)
• Aviation detailing (aircraft, jets, helicopters)

All services are subject to availability, vehicle condition, weather, access to service location, and technician discretion. Submitting a request or quote does not guarantee availability, pricing, or results.

3. Mobile Service Conditions & Customer Responsibilities

For mobile services, you agree to provide:

• Safe, legal, and unobstructed access to the vehicle
• Accurate disclosure of vehicle condition
• Adequate space, lighting, and authorization to perform services
• Water and/or electricity if required and agreed upon in advance

SSF Detail LLC is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or service limitations caused by weather, unsafe conditions, inaccurate information, restricted access, or third-party interference.

4. Vehicle Condition & Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that vehicles may have pre-existing damage, defects, wear, oxidation, paint failure, thin clear coat, aftermarket modifications, or prior repairs.

Certain detailing, polishing, correction, or restoration services involve inherent risks. SSF Detail LLC is not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, manufacturer defects, aging materials, or prior work.

By requesting services, you expressly assume all risks associated with your vehicle's condition.

5. Payments, Deposits & Pricing

• Pricing is subject to change based on vehicle condition and service scope
• Deposits, when required, secure scheduling and technician availability
• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing
• SSF Detail LLC reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy (Standalone)

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 5 days (120 hours) prior to the scheduled appointment
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in partial or full service charges
• Weather-related rescheduling is handled at SSF Detail LLC's discretion

Refunds

• No refunds are issued for completed services
• Cosmetic dissatisfaction alone does not constitute grounds for a refund
• Any refunds, if issued, are solely at the discretion of SSF Detail LLC

7. Marine & Aviation Services Risk Addendum

Marine Services

Marine vessels are subject to salt exposure, corrosion, oxidation, UV damage, and environmental wear. SSF Detail LLC is not responsible for:

• Structural defects, corrosion, blistering, delamination, fading, or prior repair failures
• Mechanical, electrical, navigation, or propulsion systems
• Dock, marina, tide, water level, or access conditions

All marine services are performed at the customer's risk.

Aviation Services

Aviation detailing involves sensitive materials and heightened regulatory considerations. SSF Detail LLC:

• Does not perform mechanical, structural, or airworthiness inspections
• Does not guarantee FAA compliance or airworthiness outcomes
• Is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing defects, thin coatings, aging composites, or prior maintenance

Customer confirms authorization to service the aircraft and assumes all associated risks.

8. Consent to Communications (SMS & Email)

By submitting your contact information and checking a consent box, you expressly agree to receive SMS and email communications from SSF Detail LLC, including appointment confirmations, service updates, and promotional offers.

Consent is not a condition of purchase.

9. Opt-In, Opt-Out & Message Terms

• Opt-In: Submitting a form, checking a consent box, or texting an opt-in keyword constitutes express written consent
• Opt-Out: Reply "STOP" at any time
• Help: Reply "HELP" or contact us directly

Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply.

10. Privacy

Your use of our website and services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, SSF Detail LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of use, loss of value, loss of profits, or cosmetic dissatisfaction.

Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SSF Detail LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of our services
• Your vehicle's condition
• Your violation of these Terms

13. Force Majeure

SSF Detail LLC is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including weather, natural disasters, power outages, acts of God, or government actions.

14. Mandatory Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, our website, services, or communications shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

Arbitration shall take place in Palm Beach County, Florida, before a single arbitrator. You and SSF Detail LLC waive the right to a jury trial.

All claims must be brought on an individual basis only. Class actions, collective actions, and representative proceedings are expressly waived.

SSF Detail LLC may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court for intellectual property misuse or fraud.

15. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any permitted court action shall be brought exclusively in Palm Beach County, Florida.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Updates to These Terms

SSF Detail LLC may update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
